Step 1: To start with this method, open your device’s File Explorer.
Step 2: Now select this PC for Windows 10 and my computer for Windows 7.
Step 3: Now type C:\Program files(x86)\Spybot-search &destroy 2 in the address bar above.
Step 4: Search (locate) the file named dll. In case you are not able to find the file, then you can visit here to download it.
Step 5: Locate the downloaded file.
Step 6: After locating, right-click on the file and select ‘copy.’
Step 7: Now go back to Spybot – search and destroy two folders by repeating ‘c.’
Step 8: Next, right-click on this folder and select paste.
Step 9: If you already have a DLL file, then you need to check the size of the data.
Step 10: To do so, right-click on the file and select properties.
Step 11: Check whether the size of the file is. If it’s not, then you can click here to download the 32KB DLL file.
Step 12: Now repeat the steps from to h.’ and after you click to paste, select replace the file in the destination.

Method #2 Run the Patch
This method is a fundamental and comfortable one. This method works only if the problem is not that complex.
Step 1: First, check the version of the Operating System (OS) in your device.

Step 1: First, right-click on the start menu.
Step 2: Then, select apps and features from the list.
Step 3: Now, you’ll find the Bitdefender app on the right side of the panel and Double click on the app.
Step 4: Click on uninstall and follow the prompts to uninstall the software entirely.
Step 5: Now go to google and download the software once again from its official website.
